These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Fable. By using the app or this site, you agree to these Terms.
Fable helps you turn content you share into personal AI-generated podcasts, articles, and related outputs. Features may change as we improve the product.
You are responsible for your account and for content you submit. Do not share illegal, infringing, or harmful material. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Fable.
Episodes and digests are generated with AI and may contain errors or omissions. Outputs are for personal use and education. Do not rely on them as professional advice. AI-generated content is labeled as such in the product.
Fable and its branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in content you own that you share with Fable, and you grant us a license to process that content solely to provide the service.
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider. Refunds and cancellations follow that provider’s rules unless we state otherwise.
Fable is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fable.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
